A key element of the Wide Open programme was creating opportunities for people to develop their skills, experience and networks in Paignton town centre and beyond. Throughout 2023-25 we delivered 2 focus areas. The first was supporting artists through micro-residencies, providing platform opportunities for their work, mentoring and artist network building. The second element involved supporting emerging producers and creative practitioners to gain skills and experience through paid work, with wrap-around mentoring and coaching support.
